Our farm to your table.
Our bakery is on one of the oldest historic farms in the Rogue Valley. It’s right next door to the old Hanley farm in Central Point, Oregon (only a couple of miles from Jacksonville, Oregon). We named our sweet home Two Creeks Heritage Farm.
We converted this old dairy barn into a top notch commercial baking kitchen. Here is where we bake love and magic into our fresh artisan breads and treats.
Many ingredients come from our local garden and from our working farm. We grow berries, herbs, fruits and vegetables. We also grow a few chickens.
Fresh ingredients, locally sourced, baked with love. What more could you ask for in a bread?
Over the course of three years, we perfected each of our recipes. We isolated every variable and baked loaf after loaf until we further perfected each bread. From the best ingredients to the best crust, there isn’t a detail we haven’t fretted over. We hope you love eating our breads as much as we love baking them.
